The application aims to assist users in effectively monitoring and managing their Vitamin D levels. An added advantage of this latest version is its integration with the Apple Health app, enabling seamless data exchange through the following functionalities:

<ul>
 <li>During setup, the app can retrieve relevant profile information from the Health App, provided the user grants permission.</li>
 <li>The user's weight, a crucial factor in Vitamin D generation, will be continuously obtained, eliminating the need for manual updates.</li>
 <li>Vitamin D doses and session information will be automatically recorded in the Health app.</li>
</ul>

Users only need to input basic information such as height, weight, and skin type during initial setup. Once set, the application calculates the amount of Vitamin D obtained when outdoors within specified hours and seasons using a convenient stopwatch interface. Additionally, it tracks the duration of sun exposure and alerts users when it's time to seek shelter.

Furthermore, the application provides notifications regarding upcoming opportunities to generate Vitamin D. Users can access daily forecasts based on their location along with information on the sun's position and their achieved Vitamin D levels compared to the targeted amount.

In the Pro version of the app, users gain access to a comprehensive history of their exposures and can schedule future events for subsequent sun exposures.
